About Naoson Studio
San Diego based painter, graphic designer and graphic illustrator, Naomi Erickson. I previously studied Fine Arts at The Corcoran College of Art and Design at The George Washington University and I am currently enrolled in a graduate program at University of California San Diego for Graphic and Web Design. I have always been inspired by late 60s and early 70s Fine Artists, Minimalist and Mid-Century Modern design and architecture. I feel happiest and most myself by the ocean. So, it only made sense that I move from the DC metropolitan area to Southern California, during a national pandemic, to follow a dream of pursuing art as a full time career. About Giclee Prints
I use the process of Giclee printing to reproduce my original art into the highest quality prints for my buyers. Giclee is a French term meaning “to spray”, referring to how the printer uses small spraying devices to both color match and apply ink to the paper. Giclee prints are the highest quality, last a life time, and that is a promise I make to each customer.
